An Entrepreneurial Story

Established in 2008, Enderby is the result of the acknowledgment that in France there were no communication, dedicated to advisory professions in the financial & professional services branch, advising companies and their executives (audit, finance, corporate and tax law, strategy & management, HR & recruitment…).

Based on their dual experience both in advisory firms and corporate communication and PR agencies (EY, Andersen, PWC, Landwell, Linklaters, Day One, Hopscotch), Delphine Jouenne & Cyril Chassaing created a hybrid business model to assist counsels and their firms advising executive committees in their strategy and growth development.

Benefiting from this business model and experience, Enderby was able to expand to assisting companies and their executives, clients of financial and professional services firms, in their corporate communication and personal branding.

Today, Enderby is a 14 consultants firm, recognized in its area of intervention for its high-level expertise in communication and influence strategy, as well as, its professionalism.

    When and why did you join Enderby?
    I joined Enderby as the Office Manager in November 2011. My interest in image creation, and more specifically in graphic design, taking over, Enderby offered to train me in a new field. I pursued an in-depth training in design and a few months later I evolved into a new position allowing me to support clients with their visual identity issues.
    What did you learn?
    Working at Enderby taught me to be even more demanding with myself. To be detailed oriented in order to produce high quality work for our clients. I also learnt to offer the best and most adequate solution to clients and to share best practices with the whole team to further advance.
    What is your daily support?
    Generally, I benefit from great autonomy, however in case of a question or a difficulty or other, there is always someone I can turn to depending on the subject matter. The team is solidary and attentive, even during rush periods. It is a daily pleasure!
